Centrifugal pumps are a source of pressure and flow rate perturbations in hydraulic pumping systems. In particular, a significant excitation is usually induced at the blade-passing frequency and harmonics as a consequence of the fluid-dynamic interaction between the rotor and the stator. The magnitude of this excitation is very dependent on the internal geometry of the pump and on its point of operation, but it depends also on the acoustic response of the hydraulic network to the perturbations. The induced and transmitted perturbations can be either amplified or reduced depending on the pump-circuit acoustic coupling, and thus they can lead to excessive levels of noise and vibration under certain conditions. The purpose of the present investigation is the theoretical and experimental characterization of the perturbations induced in a laboratory pumping system, as a function of the acoustic impedance of the pipelines. For different points of operation, the blade-passing frequency impedance is changed by varying the speed of rotation and, additionally, by modifying a closed side branch of the hydraulic system (that is, in the absence of net flow through it). For the theoretical calculations an acoustic model, based on matrix formulation, is applied to obtain the influence of different acoustic impedances of the suction side on the pressure fluctuations at the pump. Test measurements with a fast-response piezoelectric pressure transducer situated at the tongue region of the pump under the same system configurations confirm the significant effect of the pump-circuit acoustic coupling on the pressure perturbations.  相似文献

经典齿轮接触疲劳强度理论是基于光滑表面赫兹干接触理论,而实际齿面具有粗糙度,且啮合轮齿多数处于混合润滑状态.本文基于齿轮润滑接触分析建立了渐开线斜齿轮的接触疲劳寿命计算模型.模型由齿轮润滑接触分析模型和基于次表面应力分布的疲劳寿命模型组成.首先将斜齿圆柱齿轮一对齿的瞬时啮合等效为两反向圆锥的接触问题,建立了齿轮的有限长弹流润滑计算模型,考虑了齿轮啮合周期内瞬时载荷、接触线长、卷吸速度等因素的影响,基于统一雷诺方程方法求得啮合齿对间的润滑压力和油膜厚度分布;在此基础上,计算轮齿接触区次表面的米歇斯应力分布,根据Zaretsky接触疲劳寿命计算模型,对齿轮组的接触疲劳寿命进行模拟预测.针对不同工况参数下接触疲劳寿命计算表明:润滑油黏度、轮齿表面粗糙度等因素对齿面接触疲劳寿命均有显著的影响.  相似文献

Pressure pulsations excited by a centrifugal turbomachinery such as compressor, fan or pump at the blade passing frequency may cause severe noise and vibrations in piping system. Therefore, the practical evaluation method of pressure pulsations is strongly recommended. In particular, the maximum pressure amplitude under the resonant conditions should be appropriately evaluated. In this study, a one-dimensional excitation source model for a compressor or pump is introduced based on the equation of motion, so as to incorporate the non-linear damping proportional to velocity squared in the total piping system including the compressor or pump. The damping characteristics of the compressor or pump are investigated by using the semi-empirical model. It is shown that the resistance coefficient of the compressor or pump depends on the Reynolds number that is defined using the equivalent velocity of the pulsating flow. The frequency response of the pressure amplitude and the pressure distribution in the piping system can be evaluated by introducing the equivalent resistance of the compressor or pump and that of piping system. In particular, the relation of the maximum pressure amplitude in piping system to the location of the excitation source under resonant conditions can be evaluated. Finally, the reduction of the pressure pulsations by use of an orifice plate is discussed in terms of the pulsation energy loss.  相似文献

田间原位可见-近红外光谱(VIS-NIR)能够有效的提高土壤属性的检测效率,但由于原位土壤中水分因素的影响,土壤属性的预测精度很难达到预期。如何有效去除土壤中的水分对土壤其他属性光谱预测的影响,是利用田间原位光谱高精度预测土壤属性所面临的难题,也是土壤光谱技术由室内转向田间的突破口。该问题的有效解决,可减除土壤样品的采集与室内预处理等过程,实现土壤属性的田间原位光谱测定。以新疆南部地区阿拉尔垦区十二团棉田为研究区,采用网格采样法共采集了116个0~20 cm深度的表层土壤样品,剔除1个异常值样品,得到115个有用样品,利用SR-3500型便携式地物光谱仪采集了231个样点的田间原位光谱数据,土样经风干、研磨和过筛等处理后测定其室内光谱和有机质含量。利用Kennard-Stone算法将115个土样分为69个转换子集及46个预测集,采用外部参数正交化法(EPO)、光谱直接转换法(DS)及光谱间接转换法(PDS)三种去除水分算法结合原位光谱反射率(R)、反射率一阶微分(R′)、反射率对数(LOG(R))以及反射率倒数(1/R)四种数学变换方式,运用随机森林(RF)模型进行不同组合模型的构建及精度评价。结果表明:(1)土壤有机质含量越高,土壤光谱反射率越低。土壤田间原位光谱反射率低于土壤室内光谱反射率;(2)室内光谱反射率与土壤有机质含量之间的相关性大于田间原位光谱,室内光谱经一阶微分变换后与土壤有机质含量之间的相关性显著提升。(3)土壤室内光谱反射率模型预测精度(R2=0.86, RPD=2.08, RMSE=1.55 g·kg-1, MAPE= 0.14)高于田间原位光谱反射率模型(R2=0.71, RPD=1.49, RMSE=2.17 g·kg-1, MAPE=0.20)。在去除水分算法模型中,以EPO一阶微分模型去除水分效果最好,决定系数R2由0.71提高到0.83,RPD由1.49提高到2.04,RMSE由2.17 g·kg-1降低至1.58 g·kg-1,MAPE由0.20降低至0.14。本研究实现了去除土壤水分因素的影响,提高了田间原位光谱预测土壤有机质的精度,为南疆棉田大尺度土壤有机质的预测及土壤肥力的评价提供了重要的参考。  相似文献

Hydrodynamic cavitation has been investigated extensively in the field of water treatment in the last decade and a well-designed hydrodynamic cavitation reactor is critical to the efficient removal of algal and large-scale application. In this paper, a jet pump cavitation reactor (JPCR) is developed for the removal of cyanobacteria Microcystis aeruginos in a pilot scale. The results demonstrate that the photosynthetic activity of M. aeruginosa is greatly inhibited immediately after treatment in the JPCR, and the growth is also hindered after 3 days culture. Moreover, a high cell disruptions of M. aeruginosa is detected after treated by JPCR. The release of chlorophyll-a indicates that the JPCR caused serious rupture to M. aeruginosa cells. The plausible cell disruption mechanisms are proposed in accordance with a fluorescence microscope and scanning electron microscope. Then, the optimization of cell disruption efficiency is also investigated for various operating conditions. The results showed that the algal cell disruption efficiency is improved at higher inlet pressure and the cavitation stage between the unstable limited operation cavitation stage and stable limited operation cavitation stage. The effect and optimization of JPCR on algal reduction are highlighted. The results of the study promote the application of hydrodynamic cavitation on algal removal and provide strong support for JPCR application in algal removal.  相似文献

In this paper, a nonlinearly dynamic model for a spatial geared systemwith intersecting-axes, which consists of bevel gears, bearings, andshafts, is proposed based on a specific finite element theory. A newtype of spatial gear element which is consistent with the specific finiteelement theory is developed and completely describes all thedeformations that exist for the spatial motions of a pair of bevel gears,the time-variant meshing stiffness, and various types of gear errors inmanufacturing and assembly. The 3D motions of the spatial geared systemin axial, lateral, and torsional directions are coupled in the model. Theproposed approach has been coded into a software system and a dynamicanalysis for the spatial geared system is carried out. The nonlinearinfluences of axial, lateral and torsional stiffnesses of the shaft onthe vibration of the spatial geared system are especially investigated.The lateral stiffness changes the resonance peak frequencies of thespatial geared system and the torsional stiffness greatly affects thesize of the dynamic load and vibration amplitude.  相似文献

A novel low cost, non-contact optical vibration sensor requiring only a single optoelectronic component has been developed. It consists of a continuous wave semiconductor laser operating with external optical feedback. Vibrations have been measured at frequencies of up to 600 Hz with target reflectivities lower than 5%. When calibrated, the sensor demonstrates satisfactory output for submicron vibration amplitudes. Accuracies of 0.2% have been obtained over a range of 1 mm.  相似文献
